How do I receive my eBook?
Right after your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a secure download link. The link is also available on your order confirmation page.
What format are the eBooks?
Our eBooks are delivered as PDF files unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Which devices can I read on?
Any device that opens PDF files: Windows, Mac, iPad, Android tablets and smartphones.
I didn't receive my download email. What should I do?
First check your spam or promotions folder. If it's not there, contact us with your order number and we'll resend it.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Can I get a refund?
Because eBooks are digital products delivered instantly, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. If your file is damaged, incomplete or not as described, contact us and we'll replace it or refund you. See our Refund Policy for details.
Do you ship physical books?
No. ELEVIO Library sells digital eBooks only, so there are no shipping costs or delivery delays.
